Speakers are responsible for making their own accommodation (and travel arrangements), however we are currently holding a block of bedrooms at a preferential rate at Casa De Campo. We encourage all delegates to stay on site at this resort as all event sessions and networking events will be taking place here over the 3 days.

The deadline to book your room by is March 7th,

however we expect it will be sold out by then so I would suggest early

booking to avoid issues closer to the time.

Rates are as follows:

Elite Room – Single Occupancy USD$370.00 + Tax  & Service Charge ​

It is really important that note that our room block will only be valid up the 7th March 2025, thereafter our

allocation will be returned back to general sale with availability not guaranteed. As the venue is at almost full capacity at this time of year, it's essential to ensure your room is reserved as soon as possible.

BOOKING PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT:

The hotel must receive 50% of the stay as a deposit for each individual room contracted via a web link at
the time of the booking.
HOTEL will process the remaining payment for the length of the stay 31 days prior to arrival (March
06,2025).

Airport Transfer Rates

CCT delegates staying at Casa De Campo can book transfers to and from the airport, and rates will be charged to your room account, payable at reception at checkout.

Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email.

The $50 (one way) or $100 (return) charge will be added to your hotel incidentals bill at Casa De Campo and paid on checkout. Please make sure you use the same name that you booked the hotel with.
