We are delighted that you have agreed to participate at CCT Global 2025
(The Global Cloud, Content and Telecoms Summit).

Below you will find all the information that you need. Some actions need to be taken by you or your team and we would really appreciate your prompt assistance with these. Rachel Jones will be in contact with you to set up a time with the moderators and other panellists to discuss the format of the session and the Q & A to be asked. Please keep an eye out for this email and get in touch if you have not received it by the end of March 2025.

Accomodation

Speakers are responsible for making their own accommodation (and travel arrangements), however we are currently holding a block of bedrooms at a preferential rate at The Alex Hotel. We encourage all delegates to stay on site at this hotel as all event sessions and networking events will be taking place here over the 3 days.

BOOKING PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT:
Kindly note that they require one night deposit to guarantee your booking. In respect of full cancellation received more than 21 days from arrival date, no penalty will apply. After 21 days, penalties will be chargeable.

CCT Global 2025 is an invitation-only event and we are inviting specific organisations to attend. Attendees need to meet executive-level criteria given the nature of the event and the industry feedback we have received to maintain the seniority of the audience. The specific level is clearly dependent on type of organisation but typically the executive should be part of the management team within your organisation.
Please note Speaker Passes are complimentary.
Speakers will be automatically registered so no registration needs to be made but please fill out the speaker form so we have all your correct details.
